This Movember, I’m growing a moustache to start conversations, raise awareness, and fund vital research and support for men’s health.

It’s personal for me - I’ve lost friends to suicide, and my grandfather passed away from prostate cancer. Both are reminders that men’s health - physical and mental is something we can’t ignore.

So this month, the mo isn’t just for show. It’s for every dad, brother, mate, and son who deserves more time, more conversations, and more life.
