My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

To show that mens health matters.

Many of us don't speak up about how we're feeling or whats' affecting us; be that physical or mental health. The rate of preventable disease and suicide amongst men; especially our First Nations brethren, is enormous.

The saddest part is that this is treatable and yet we often don't act upon it when we need to. I want to do better and I want all of us to do better.

So this November; dig into your pocket and donate, or put on the runners and get some exercise, or call up a friend and ask them how they're doing, or reach out to another bloke and help lift him up. Better yet; do them all.

We owe it to ourselves, our kids, our siblings, our parents, our friends, our neighbours, our colleagues and our fellow Australians.

If you care about these causes as well, then come join me. If you're feeling down or unsure, then reach out to me or join a team and surround yourself with awesome people who will lift you up and help you back on your feet.

We can do this together!

Highest (current) contribution goes to Simon Smalley, with a donation of $250 - what a legend!

For those who don't know my Movember process, day 1 is a full clean shave and for the first week there is a 'bidding war' to determine the facial hair style for the rest of the month. Highest donation gets to call the shots.

Whilst the door is still open for more donations, Simon has decreed a Handlebar tash - so I'll be rocking that if he's still holding the title at the end of the week.

What an amazing bunch of peeps! In 25hrs (since sending out messages seeking donations) we made the $1,000 target, this is awesome stuff.
You've all made an amazing contribution to the cause and a substantial investment into men's health.
Thank you!
For those who havent yet donated and would like to - whilst my target has been met, the more funding to this cause the better.
You can still donate to my page, alternatively please consider donating to the team page, one of the other team members or a person you know who is also undertaking Movember.
Once you do, be sure to talk about it - starting a conversation about this cause is just as important.
Much love to all.
