My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year my focus is on raising awareness about mens mental health and suicide prevention. Too many men take their lives every year. Males are 3 times more likely to commit suicide than females. 60 men take their life EVERY HOUR around the world. MOVE is an initiative from Movember to get people involved in raising funds and awareness without the moustache. All you have to do is walk or run 60km in the month of November and log your progress. I wanted to up the ante a bit though, which is why this year on the 30th of November I will run “60k in a day”. The goal is to raise as much money as possible but MORE importantly, to get men talking openly with family and friends about their mental health.

Anyone is welcome to join me on the run which will take place in Melbourne. The only thing I ask is that if you do join in that you either fundraise yourself or donate.
