My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In the last decade suicide rates in serving police officers has doubled - a statistic I came face to face with five years ago.

I'm raising funds to help men's mental health and suicide prevention, motivated by my own battle and recovery from PTSD, anxiety and depression.

I'm a proud Movember Community Ambassador, Tasmanian Police Officer, son, brother, partner, uncle and mate.

I’m also determined as hell to shed light on the mental health adversities faced by Police and First Responders alike in order to influence a little positive change.

Any support to me and my cause means so much.

Hey Brother,
I love you to the end of time, you have always inspired me.
I have had my struggles but talking to people, sharing and leaning on people like you is why I’m still here.
Today we walked out of the hospital with our little family which was one of the greatest days of my life.
We had a girl and a boy.
May & Tom O’Grady
I know a lot of Tom’s but I don’t know a bad Tom and you are at the top of that list.
Love you man

Hey Thomas, thought I’d drop by to say a big hairy thanks for flying the flag for men’s health again.
You’re smashing your fundraising all in the name of a bloody important cause – to help men live happier, healthier and longer lives. You've raised $10,000 for men’s health since 2014 – that’s huge. Poochy looks like an absolute legend, hopefully helping get those dollars in – love the stroll through Bunno’s in a trolley! People like you fuel our fire. We couldn’t do what we do without you. There’s still plenty of fun to be had this Hairy Season so keep it up legend.
