My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

These days, I'm talking to way too many fellas who are struggling with their mental health, their physical health or generally just not handling the stresses and juggles in their lives. As business owners, many of us have different times when we feel stuck and don't know how to move forward.

I'm doing Movember again to ensure business owners know 'they are not alone'. I have had my own battles and am happy to talk to anyone who needs a chat.

Also keen to see the country JK around the place rocking the beard , get some coconut oil into it will help with frizz LOL
