My motivation

The last 20 months have been terrible on mental health and suicide rates and its time to get back into Movember!
Thanks to Will and the team at “Waves of wellness” Caloundra for my surfing lesson’s sponsored by Movember, keep an eye out for this in some areas and join for fun and help!
I have been doing Movember for 8yrs trying to do my part in stopping and or supporting suicide and mens health!
More than ever people need our support, hug/talk to a stranger, pay it forward and most of all be kind! Be the light people need, not the dark/fear of the time!
