8th year as a proud MoBro.
This year, Movember holds even more significance as I embark on it alongside new colleagues, brought together by an important merger at CareSuper. With more voices in the mix, we’re amplifying our efforts to make a real difference in men’s health—supporting each other in a cause that affects so many.

Now more than ever, I feel a responsibility to bring awareness to the importance of mental and physical health for men. Men in our lives—fathers, brothers, sons, uncles, friends, and colleagues—are often the ones who support us through thick and thin. But sometimes they need a reminder to care for themselves, too.

Men can be quick to brush things off, thinking, “I’ll be fine.” But by taking even a small amount of time for checkups, they can make a life-changing difference for themselves and for the people who rely on them. A sobering fact: on average, men die 5 years earlier than women, often from preventable causes.

The message really comes to the forefront with a 15 month old daughter at home. As a new Dad, I want my baby girl to have those important male figures involved in her life for as long as possible, especially since I lost my father 2.5 months before my daughter was born.

So, this year, I’m dedicating my Movember campaign to all the men who keep us going, and to those we’ve lost too soon. Let’s change the narrative and make health a priority—because every man deserves a long, healthy life.
