My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health and suicidal issues are silent intrusions and inner battles that are caused by the hindered mental health of an individual. And they have a serious implication on one's mind, body and their loved ones. To a large extent keeping occupied with activities that bring joy would help overcome loneliness and gives avenues to open-up with other to share thoughts. This in turn might resolve the mental issues or can be a process of seeking help indirectly.

Don’t let the thoughts cripple you from within. Talk to your friend, share it with your loved once, take counselling from professionals or even seek advice from a spiritual being.

The Movember Foundation is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. This Movember I'm joining them again for the tenth year in a row and together we can make a difference for men's health – suicide prevention, mental health, prostate and testicular cancer.

Please help me stop men from dying too early.
