My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

This year I want to go one further than just spreading the message to keep talking to each other and opening up about our struggles. I also want people to really be listening when someone opens up about their struggles or seeing those cries for help. Talking about our problems isn’t a sign of weakness but a sign of strength.
