Movember 2024

Movember is extremely important to me as my Grandfather was diagnosed at the age of 65 with prostate cancer, this was found too late and all of the cancer couldn’t be removed he passed at 73.

In 2020 prostate cancer hit even closer to home with my father being diagnosed with prostate cancer after a routine blood check. Within six weeks of diagnosis, he was under the knife for prostate removal. We are lucky he made a speedy recovery with minimal side effects.

This speedy recovery is not the case for everyone, and I hope that each dollar donated this year will bring us closer to finding a cure.

This year I am setting the challenge for myself and anyone that would like to join, to run over 200km in the month of November.
