One week down! Thank you to all who have donated so far. Bros, never be afraid to reach out for help! Bros of Bros, Sisters and all others - never be afraid to ask a Bro how he’s going! We can all make a difference in reducing male suicide through conversation.

Back for round 3, this time adding some km's to the challenge!
For the whole of November I will be doing the hairy face thing as well as running 50 km's in support of this great cause.
This year I'm also joined by my fantastic team 'TEAM MO-BROMANCE'.

For me, mental health is something that needs to be treated on par with all other aspects of your physical health. I have struggled with my own mental health at times but have been fortunate to have a strong support network around me. I want to promote communication about mental health and respect to it as a legitimate concern for all young people. I want to fight to remove social stigma and the shame that is often incorrectly associated with it.

Your donations are appreciated and your support of this cause applauded. Thank you in advance.

Please share my message if you can and that of my other Mo-Bros and Mo-Sisters!

Happy Movember

James

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
