My motivation

I'm doing Movember this year to increase awareness of men's health issues such as prostate cancer and mental health. Men aren't invincible, we feel things and therefore should feel comfortable talking about our struggles or our strengths. This type of thing also brings people together, which is awesome.

But my main reason you may ask? My uncle Ron, an inspiration to us all. We lost him in 2019, but we owe it to him to keep on going and to not give up. VALE RON MONAGHAN
