#movember #mentalhealth This November, I would like to create awareness among men about how Yoga and Meditation can play a vital role in keeping our mental state stress-free, relaxed and happy.
Some of my mates (men) prefer going to Gym (commendable!) and see it as a more macho thing compared to doing Yoga and Meditation; well, I do both and find that Yoga and Meditation practices keep me sane and happy.
During this November, I am hoping to do yoga and meditation every day (at halfway mark, going strong!) and report the difference.
