My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health is a dastardly battle, and men need access to more help, information and support.
Men are thought of as tough. Well, its tough to talk about it. It's tough to know when you need help. Its tough to want to get better. That's my kind of tough.

Also, exercise is a great way to balance and regulate the body and hormones and etc and is a great source to help mental health struggles. so we're doing burpees!
