My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Through my own family and friends, I have seen the effects of Mental Health ripple out to touch those who you assumed were immune.
Throughout my paramedic career, many times I have seen the same sad outcomes of poor Mental Health in men. COVID isolation has only increased depression rates across the world and we need to do more to erase the stigma and promote awareness.

The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce rates of male suicide by 25% by 2030, so lets help them get there!
Fellas, get talking to someone - even when you don't think you need to, and everyone, help me stop men falling down that dark hole of depression.
