My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

In the true words from legends Hilltop Hoods, 2020 has been nothing but an un-shaped ball bag of a year.

I’ve personally gone from good, to bad, to rock bottom, back up again, to the depths of the sediment below rock bottom and then back again.

I took a leap this year publicly and said “Hey I’m not ok”. The support and love from all those around me has been extremely encouraging. I however know that there are men around the globe who succumb to the silent killer that is the black dog (don’t get my wrong, I loved my black Labrador).

Please, if you can’t help in the way of a cash donation into the fantastic organisations that this cause supports, please donate your time to ask a mate if they are ok, start the convo! Talking can and DOES prevent suicide.

We all hear the statistics, but in case you haven’t, let me break it down.

There will be 60 men just in this hour throughout the world we will loose to suicide. That’s over 1411 men every day, 43,200 men per month, over 518,400 in a single year.

I don’t think I need to say anything more then that.
