Mental health and suicide prevention

Doing the Movember move. Goal is to run 100km - 1 for each kilo currently on the frame, to help promote exercise benefits for Men’s physical and mental health. Hopefully lose a few pounds in the process

Smart watch says I’ve only clocked 120km total in the last 3 years so should be a good challenge
