Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Day 13. I have had a haircut but the mo remains strong. “Filthy” seems to be the most common compliment on my mo so far. I look forward to seeing what other nice compliments others have for the rest of the month.

Day 7 of Movember. The Mo has started to gain the respect of the contractors employees around the various sites I visit each day, each eager to see the progress I make. The Mo has truely set in and the initial itchiness has passed. Onwards and mo-wards!
