raised $12,827 since 2016
My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Well it's time to #GoTheMo again for 2019
Once again I find myself facing the daunting task of trying to get a hairy upper lip
Let's be honest, you've seen my previous efforts, but it's worth the embarrassment in the hope that money raised from my Mo might make a real change to the face of men's health
With the support of my #MoBros and #MoSistas we can try and bring better wellness to other men and stop them from dying too young

With your work on mental health and my work promoting farmer health mate I’m sure we can make a difference. After a shit day harvesting canola that wouldn’t pay its way I decided to join my triathlon mates to blow off some steam and managed a win. I’m happy to donate the winnings and a bit to your cause. Good work mate.

Well here we are one and all
Locked and loaded and shaved clean ready for another crack at Movember!
All of us Mobrus and Mosistas are doing it to not only raise some money, but also awareness to all things men’s health.
All of our communities have been impacted by suicide and I think collectively we are wanting to make a stand and come together to try and help others through the tough times so that we can also share the good times together when they come around, and they will roll around again.
So good luck to one and all in the efforts of burying that top lip in hair!

Just like the 469 Aussie blokes who started this month and aren't with their friends and family now
My Mo is gone but not forgotten
#Movember2018 is done and dusted
Awareness and money raised
Conversations started
Friendships firmed and formed
We're all in this together

Well this arvo is the wind up of our Movember

Been contemplating about all those mates of ours who are fighting with either testicular cancer, prostate cancer or depression, about how much I reckon they’d love to be able decide to remove their issues as easily as we will when we shave our mo off?

Life’s not easy guys, never has been, never will be, but bloody hell the fight is worth it!

So looking forward to seeing all you Mo Bros and Mo Sistas of the Gringos and BombMos

Well all us #MoBros and #MoSistas are into the final week of #Movember2018
Received a sad stat today
This month we will have lost 469 men to prostate, testicular cancers and depression
So there's a few days left to throw some bucks in or even better still contact a mate or book in to go see that Dr and get a check up
Together we Mo and together we will make a difference!

Add to this the number of men who have been given the task of fighting testicular or prostate cancer, some families have been rocked to the core this month
So I hope that you will take the opportunity to either own your own health and get that check-up, or have a good open chat to someone that you are comfortable with, be it professional or just a bloody good mate

As Movember is in its last few days here's a staggering stat
Last year 180 people attempted suicide EVERY DAY
That's the same as the entire population of my home town of Watheroo
Or 65500 for the year
Geraldton has a population of 40000 for perspective

Well we've got a week to go and it's been three quarters of a month of brilliant work by all who have supported the cause
Those who have been vocal and asking the question of #RUOkay you truly are legends!
Here's to a great week ahead
love and peace

A brilliant Sun peddle by this MAMILWM and my good mate Richie.
Great mates are hard to find and this chap is one of the best!
We've spent so many great times in each others company
Now enjoying our middle age and telling our kids how bloody good we were!

Well here we are reaching the halfway mark
How tough is it to know that the biggest reason that men that are halfway through their lives don't make it further is due to depression?
Some of the best times of our lives ahead and yet depression takes that away from us, our family and friends.
The ripple effect is massive.
So MoBros and MoSistas let's band together and slow the #silentmonster
Let's all talk openly about this affliction
The more it's talked about the more we'll collectively remove the perceived stigma

Well this MAMILWM (Middle Aged Man In Lycra With Mo) has just been for a head space clearing ride.
Great opportunity to raise a pleasurable sweat and think.
Came up with the fact I'm fairly confident that the majority of my mates #ROk
But then any of us who have lost someone to depression probably thought that too.
So don't be complacent take the time to #talk2aM8
