My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

For years I struggled with mental health issues and it took me until I reached the lowest of lows before I finally reached out for help, since then I also learned that it’s important to maintain your mental health, be proactive and not reactive.

My goal is to raise as much funds for mens mental health as possible and more importantly help people know the steps to take when somebody tells them they are not ok.
