My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

For years I struggled with mental health issues and it took me until I reached the lowest of lows before I finally reached out for help, since then I also learned that it’s important to maintain your mental health, be proactive and not reactive.

My goal is to raise as much funds for mens mental health as possible and more importantly help people know the steps to take when somebody tells them they are not ok.

DR SANJEEV BANDI

Thanks for your comment on my Mo Space Glen. 2 more sleeps for the Shave Off and showing the world what we can achieve as a group of dedicated Mo Bros and Mo Sistas in changing the face of Men's Health.

Around the world, we've laid out thousands of shoes on beaches, in cities and on the steps of parliament buildings to symbolise the men who die by suicide each month. Saturday 19th November is International Men's Day, and we have a simple message: it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re taking action to stop men dying too young, and you can help. Donate at www.movember.com

To speak with someone immediately, contact your local 24-hour crisis support service. Details are listed on http://weneedtotalk.movember.com
