Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

I wanted to reach out and say a big hairy thanks for flying the flag for men’s health again this year. You are smashing your fundraising, all in the name of a really important cause – to help men live happier, healthier and longer lives. You have been with us for 6 years which we are grateful for and we truly appreciate your efforts. There is still plenty of fun to be had this Hairy Season so keep it up. You are a legend!
