The strongest men I know aren’t the ones who never fall… they’re the ones who find the courage to say, “I’m not okay.”

For years, we were told to “man up.”

To stay quiet.
To push through.
To carry the weight alone.

But silence is costing lives.

I’ve lived through my own dark moments. Times when I smiled on the outside while struggling on the inside. And I know I’m not the only one.

That’s why I keep showing up for Movember.

Every kilometre I run, every lap we complete at Mo Miles for Movember, and every conversation we start is for the man who thinks no one would understand. It’s for the dad, the brother, the son, the mate, the colleague… and maybe even for you.

Your donation isn’t paying for my run.

It’s helping fund life-changing mental health programs, suicide prevention initiatives, prostate cancer research, and testicular cancer support. It’s giving more men the chance to ask for help before it’s too late.
