Remember — Macho Man doesn’t exist. We are not superheroes who never break. We are humans. We can cry. We can feel lost. We can get frustrated. And yes, we can fall into depression.

Like me, many men around the world have been through moments of deep darkness — where it feels like there’s no way out. I’ve been there. I know how heavy it can get. But I’ve also learned something important: it’s never too late to talk. It’s never too late to listen.

I’m open to talk. I’m open to share my story. And I want to hear yours too. Because the truth is, healing doesn’t come from silence — it comes from connection. When we share, we remind each other that none of us are alone.

My journey isn’t about being the toughest or hiding behind an image. My journey is about running free of bias, running free of judgment, and running toward a future where men are allowed to be who they really are.

This is what Mo Miles for Movember is all about. Every step, every lap, every mile is a reminder that vulnerability is strength, that community is power, and that together we can change the face of men’s health.

So I ask you: Are you okay to tell me your story? Will you join me in this movement, not just for miles, but for conversations that save lives?
