Movember is an important opportunity to raise awareness and support men's health.

The biggest issue facing young men today is mental health - too many are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

It would be a huge miracle if the downwards trend in incidence were to continue existing! To those ‘dog-nosed’ with the disease, ensure you engage well with closest families and friends to increase the awareness of this tumultuous illness across the world than just within the support network.
