Movember is an important opportunity to raise awareness and support men's health.

The biggest issue facing young men today is mental health - too many are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

Shout out to those who have been overcoming these obstacles whilst battling through the relentless testicular cancer. It would be a huge miracle if the downwards trend in incidence were to continue existing! To those ‘dog-nosed’ with the disease, ensure you engage well with closest families and friends to increase the awareness of this tumultuous illness across the world than just within the support network.
