My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

After fourteen years I feel stronger about men not talking about their health until it is too late, common trend in testicular, prostate and column cancer, or even severe depression.

By nature men don't like talking about their problems at all, not to their partner, or their family, nor to the hence depression is very common. I support this cause!

I am planning for walking 12,000 steps a day, plus occasional jogs, pushbike rides and swim! I will be clean shaven on November 1st, for a clean slate.
