Movember in "The Mighty Outdoors". Follow me on YouTube as I go solo bike packing 1,200km+ around the "Ohenro" pilgrimage route in Shikoku, Japan. I am raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.

Moustaches have been shaved, leaderboards have been closed, and eternal glory has been achieved.

It is my great honour to announce the Top 5 from this year’s Mo Government & Council Challenge.

Collectively, this community of 1,376 Mo’s from 245 teams across Australia raised an incredible $434,129. Just unbelievable.

This is where change is being made. You are the people creating a better future for men’s health. So from the tips of our moustaches to the bottom of our hearts, thank you to each and every one of you for the wonderful impact you’ve made.

Keep on changing the world,
Josh from Team Movember

Some serious movement in the rankings, and even more serious funds raised, with the Government and Council Challenge cracking $200,000 for 2023!

These funds go directly to lifesaving programs, helping men live healthier, longer lives. Every one of you has made that possible - thank you.

The leaderboards don't close until the 12th of December, so time for a final push and share those Mo Spaces far and wide! Could there be a late shift in the top 5?

It's not over 'til it's Mo-ver,

Wow oh wow. Halfway through and we are blown away by your support.

After only 15 days, the Mo Government and Council Challenge is sitting just shy of $100,000 raised. This community is well and truly changing the face of men's health.

Give yourselves a huge pat on the back and keep up the incredible work. A big couple of weeks of goodness on the way.

Inspired by you all,
Josh from Team Movember

Government and Council Mo's of Australia, we are LIVE!!!

Just like that, Movember has begun. So shave down those upper lips, get those running shoes on, and start shouting about the amazing cause that is men's health.

We've got 425 of you incredible people signed up and you've already raised an incredible $13,500. And it's only the 1st of Movember?!

So share those Mo Spaces far and wide, keep encouraging your colleagues and community to sign up, and keep on changing the face of men's health. Thank you for everything you're doing.

It's Mo time,
Josh from Team Movember

Iwayaji, T45, has two entrances. The “main” one from the mountains, and a secondary one from the road which is the one most people use. The path from the road to the temple takes about 20 minutes. In places it is steep stairs, the rest comprises a steep bitumen footpath. (Of course it's steep, it’s a temple on a mountain!) A crude, hand painted sign at the beginning of the path offers the very sage advice:
“Life is much like this slope leading to Iwaya temple. Its not over yet and if you wish to reach a worthy goal the striving begins here and now.”

Great effort Mighty. A worthy and sometimes overlooked cause. Love the bike tour vids. You are putting your pedaling where your mouth is for this charity. Hoping to take a bike over on our next visit to Kobe. Now you have got me itching to get out there!
