My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

In 2015, one of my closest friends lost his life after a long battle with depression. Since then, I’ve been driven to raise awareness and funds for organisations that support people facing depression and anxiety, with the hope of helping reduce the tragic rate of suicide among young men in Australia.

We are at the mid-point of #Movember for 2019, and the ginger moustache owns the shot.

This past week saw a few work colleagues and I host a forum whereby we discussed all things men's health, and we were fortunate to welcome Jake Lambert from Movember Australia. It was at times confronting, but it was an excellent opportunity to share some personal experiences with mental illness, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Next week, the cricket comes into focus with The 2019 Nic MacBean Cup now only three weeks away and an opportunity to meet some of the Australian test team to promote Movember.
