My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I was asked why I am growing another silly Mo for Movember. For me it's all about men's health. In the last month I have had a full medical health check (drop and cough at the doctors), bloods taken for cholesterol, vitamins, and prostate PSA checks, Colonoscopy (first time all clear and no bad bits to remove) sun and mole skin check (mostly harmless burnt off last two biopsy results next week), eye check and new glasses on the way. And that just leaves a session with my counsellor to come. Although I haven't had an episode of anxiety or depression for a few years now I know I need to talk.
So ladies and gents talk to the men in your life and ask them about their health and tell them to get all the checks done they can

It is my great honour to announce the Top 5 from this year’s Mo Government & Council Challenge.

Collectively, this community of 1,376 Mo’s from 245 teams across Australia raised an incredible $434,129. Just unbelievable.

This is where change is being made. You are the people creating a better future for men’s health. So from the tips of our moustaches to the bottom of our hearts, thank you to each and every one of you for the wonderful impact you’ve made.
