My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm doing this for people who live with varied mental health challenges every day... sometimes for many, many years. Some very close friends of mine are impacted by this - and the number is growing. I also want to support suicide prevention activities, reflecting on the suicide of my young cousin some years ago.

My mantra: if you are struggling, there is no weakness in asking for help or support. In fact, I think it shows real strength.

So get behind me and help me raise funds for this amazing organisation!
