My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I do this for people who live with varied mental health challenges every day... sometimes for many years. My husband and some close friends are impacted by this - and the number is growing. I also support suicide prevention activities, reflecting on the suicide of my young cousin some years ago.

My mantra: if you're struggling, there is no weakness in asking for help or support. In fact, it shows real strength.

So get behind me and help me raise funds for this amazing organisation!
