BrosWithMoes 2025 – One Day, One Huge Challenge

This year, we’re running over a 100 miles from Sydney to Newcastle — in one day.

We’re doing it for men’s health — all of it.
For the blokes fighting battles we can’t see, and for those facing challenges like prostate and testicular cancer. Movember covers it all, and so should we.

For us, running is more than a physical test. It’s a mental battle too. Pushing through pain, exhaustion, and doubt mirrors what so many men face in silence every day. But when you’ve got support — your mates, your family, your crew — the impossible suddenly feels a bit more achievable.

Last year we covered 710km for our mate, and learned firsthand how tough the grind of daily life can be when you’re trying to juggle work, family, and purpose. This year we’re taking that lesson and turning it into one massive day: remote terrain, big elevation, no guarantee we’ll make it.

But that’s exactly why we’re doing it. Because real strength isn’t about having it easy — it’s about showing up, pushing through, and being there for each other when things get hard.

We’re running for our mates, for our families, and for every man still fighting the quiet fight.
