My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Day 30.
All the story’s we have shared, all the conversations we have started, all the tears we have cried, all the smiles we have shown. I am lost for words. What we, as a team have accomplished is unbelievable, and definitely worthy of the hall of fame. But I want just one simple thing from each and every one of you. I want us all to continue the conversations, continue listening to people’s stories, comfort all the tears to come, and smile with those around you.

To all the men in my life, and all the men in yours, I hope I have done you proud.

Day 27.

Which path did I go down? The path of SUCCESS of coarse. With only a few days of movember left, I ask you all: are you proud of yourself, your team, your progress? Are you feeling like you could do more, say more, feel more? Think about the glass half full concept. It is great to have the mindset of your glass being half full, rather then half empty. But remember, your glass still needs filling to the top! Ground yourself, plan yourself and reach for them damn goals, YOU are your power, and YOU are your change.

Day 26.

We rested, we reset, and we conquered.

Today was definitely an ‘oh what a feeling’ moment!

12km walk along the beach this-morning, us Fallon’s don’t muck around when it comes to supporting men’s health.

Have a great day all!

Day 25.
As some of you may know, I suffer from chronic migraines. I have been very grateful to have had the ability to move every day for the month of movember so far, but unfortunately today was a different story. Though I am out of action for today, I am grateful that my fiancé eden has taken one for the team and walked on my behalf today. And remember, take if from me to listen to your body and when it needs rest. It can be great to push yourself to new challenges, but know when to take a deserved break.

Also got a cheeky mo update on Ed

To be given the opportunity to be politix menswear’s ambassador for movember, is incredible. What we as a brand have accomplished this month i am honestly lost for words.
I want to thank everyone that has followed my journey, supported me, and helped start the conversation about men’s health this movember.

Theoretically speaking, we all have two versions of ourselves sitting on each shoulder of our bodies. No there’s no devil and angel sitting here, though it’s not far off. One version of yourself if the barrier that will tell you every possible reason as to why you can’t do something, and the other will encourage every possible reason you can. What sits in the middle of these two, is your mind.

DAY 15.

OFFICIALLY HALF WAY THROUGH MOVEMBER

Gratitude is something that can be so easily overlooked and suppressed in everyday life.

Today I am grateful for the doggo I met on the beach, he grounded me and helped me remember that there is more to life then small set backs!

Happy Friday team
