Mental health and suicide prevention

I think of Irish Brendan most days and sadness is always felt, this disease took him. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health. Did you know?? Across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 69% of all suicides.

I’m going to shave off my beard, grow a ‘dodgy tash’ and run 6km every day for the month of November, so 180km in total.
