My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

With your support, we can reach more people who need this support.

The 1st of November is here! A clean shaven face for the start of Movember. Check out my profile each Friday as we raise awareness of Men's health. Thank you to all of those who have shown their support so far.

Just want to thank everyone who has made a contribution to the cause. A big shout out for the other Rio Tinto Mo Bro's. I am still to create my Mo, the canvass is pretty good to work with. The increase awareness of mental stress that is created between balancing work and family life, is tremendous to see. The effects of suicide on those who are left behind, is another cause of stress on their family and friends. The tragic events that lead to someone making this decision can't be imagine, until we've experienced. So always stop and ask, How are you today? And genuinely wait for an answer.
Again thank you for your support.
