My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Just before Christmas 2018 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. I had surgery to remove the tumour. The surgery was considered a success.
Unfortunately, my routine three month post op scans showed the cancer had returned in the lymph nodes of my back and in my lungs. I have just embarked on 9 weeks of intensive Chemotherapy.

My oncologist is a leader in the field of testicular cancer and has played a part in the great new Movember initiative TrueNTH, a resource to support and educate people on what is the most common cancer for young men.

Movember and DT38 (as per my picture) are two of the few organisations globally raising awareness of this cancer.

I’m raising money to support this initiative and in doing so hopefully create some awareness of the cancer amongst those who read this.

The Movember Foundation is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
