My motivation

The best opportunity for change is through conversations.

Every man of any age deserves to feel included, supported, valued and heard.
The definition of a man has no limits or boundaries, it's about embracing our own uniqueness and having the courage to be authentic.
Being vibrant isn't being spoken about enough, instead there is a narrow close-minded stereotype that men have been brushed with.

We as beings need to uplift, encourage and support any other beings in our life to discover any untapped potential and to simply create the space allowing them to be themselves, fully.
With no judgement.

Let's normalise the conversation around men who are vulnerable, men who seek help, men who cry, men who may think they're a little different, men who are feminine and men who don't always have their shit together.

I urge you all not to just read these words, but start the conversations and be the role model that creates space.
Break down those barriers, be a man of the new age, be a man of more words!
