My motivation

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high. At AV the rate of suicidal ideation is too high in our staff. Too many of our AV family are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is providing a platform for us to get the message out that your mental health matters.
