My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Kicking off my 5th year of being able to grow a Mo.

Let’s start talking about the tough stuff. As we get older, some of us have kids, and we’re meant to be the rock of the family, right?
But who looks out for us when we feel like crap—when we don’t want to get out of bed, when our clothes don’t fit because we had too many beers over winter?

It’s okay to reach out for help. It’s time to change the stigma around mental health—from being seen as a weakness to being recognised as a strength.

Why can’t you be the first one to call a mate who’s had a rough day at work or is going through something tough?

It is OK to not be OK.
It is OK to talk about how you feel.
It is OK to be awake at night worrying about whatever is on your mind.
It is NOT OK to stay silent and avoid seeking help from a mate, colleague, or professional.
