Movember is back and I'm hoping to raise more awareness/money than my clean lipped peers. My motivation is to get other blokes to take a moment and reflect on their health, committing to one healthy change.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
