My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Raising funds for Movember this year is deeply personal, I am marking my own journey through colorectal cancer in 2025. Even as a health and exercise professional, being diagnosed with colorectal cancer was a shock and a challenge that I never expected to face. The experience has reinforced just how crucial early detection, exercise and diet, mindset, open conversation, community support, and continued research are for improving outcomes. Too many men still face their health issues in silence, battling stigma and barriers to screening and care, and often ignore symptoms or delaying seeing a doctor. This was my reality throughout 2024 and my journey in 2025 serves as a reminder that cancer can affect anyone. We all have a role to play in raising awareness, supporting research, and standing together for better prevention, better treatment and better survival for every patient. Please support my Movember fundraiser to help change the story for others because hope, action and research save lives.
