Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Losing my Dad to cancer three years ago fundamentally changed the way I saw the world and the role that Men have in it.

More guys need to be open, vulnerable and share what’s really going on in their worlds.

Men’s Health affects everyone around them and causes ripples that can strengthen their community or weaken them.

I want to strengthen my community, uplift everyone around me and change the world for the better.
