My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them.

The most important motivation is my husband, who has endured depression for 25+ years. He is a beautiful soul who raises money for the cause every year, raising awareness amongst and having conversations with his peers and friends.

We've all experienced poor mental health at times. So I’m once again channeling all my efforts into co-hosting the 2023 [mo]re than a run event, bringing dozens of Melbourne’s run clubs together to raise awareness. Did you know that of every 4 Australians we lose to suicide, 3 are men? Let's start the conversations over a run, walk, yoga or a coffee.

I’m representing the [mo]re than a run challenge supported by Lululemon. Please come run and help me fundraise for this touching cause. Don’t run? Don’t worry. You can give kindly with a small donation! Thanks!

Danielle,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the epic time, energy and effort you've put into fundraising for Movember. Your support goes beyond supporting a charity, and makes the world a better place.

I also love that you are the driving force behind Melbourne's more than a run (though not loving that you can't run this year). I'm a big runner too, and have always believed in the sport's power to bring people together, foster understanding and show people what they're truly capable of. No human is limited, as someone epic often says.

So a very big personal thank you from me to you. Thanks for contributing so much.
Kev from Mo HQ
