My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

The rate of suicide is alarmingly high across the world, particularly in men. Add to that, we don’t like sharing why or how we may be struggling.

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence and I was one of them for far too long.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. I also want to help them increase the amount of help that any man can get access to when required.
