My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Movember is something super close to my heart. I’ve been personally affected by two of their three main focus areas, so it would be silly of me not to get right behind them and support their work. It’s so important we create space for men to talk about their health issues. And I guess Growing a Mo is one simple way of doing just that. Plus, apparently a man with a mo runs further, faster ;)

I ran 4 km

A cheeky little pavement pounder for a wounded, weary warrior and budding nature enthusiast. Might have to get the kayak out next time!
