My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I joined Movember after seeing the significant mental health struggles some of the closest Mo Sisters in my life are going through (including our beautiful daughter Indi) ...

Together with them, this year I’m also Mo’ing for the main man in my life, Dad. Dad’s facing in to some hairy health challenges right now & we’re all right there with him ❤️.

Sadly, on average men die 4.5yrs younger than women & for largely preventable reasons … & that’s unfortunately been a pattern in our family with both my pops & my uncle dying way too young.

The time is now to do something about it
