My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Putting my newly found ability to grow a moustache to a good cause to raise money for men’s health.

Getting news that my granddad had a prostrate cancer scare earlier last year was a stark reminder for me of how important it is to have a strong focus on health and fitness throughout life.
Although it turned out to be nothing, that lesson is something I think about every day and do everything I can to motivate others to think and act the same.
