My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The money raised by this campaign will take on some of the biggest challenges facing men's health, including mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

**Check out my daily bird photos on my Posts Page**

Being neurodivergent (Autistic/having ADHD) brings with it a much higher risk of suicide, up to 9 times greater than average, according to a 2021 Australian study. The average life expectancy of Autistic adults is estimated at between 39-54 years old.

This affects myself and others close to me directly. As such, I hope that by being involved in this campaign I can help spread awareness of this issue and help improve the lives of those like us with hidden disabilities. It is estimated that 2% of suicides in Australia can be prevented if more support is given specifically to Autistic adults.

I am terrible at growing a Mo so I am making it a more personal challenge. As well as walking at least 80km, I will post a bird photo every day for the month here and on my Instagram page. My challenge is that the photo must have been taken during this November, and where possible, taken the same day.
