My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year, I will be raising funds with my fellow mining colleagues at Ernest Henry. I personally will be raising funds for men's mental health and suicide prevention. In 2021 in Australia, men accounted for 75% of deaths caused by suicide. There has always been a stigma that men need to 'toughen it out' or 'man up' rather than actually seeking the help they require.

As Paddy Pimblett said very rightly after his UFC fight "There’s a stigma in this world that men can’t talk. Listen, if you’re a man and you’ve got weight on your shoulders and think the only way you can solve it is by killing yourself, please speak to someone! Speak to anyone! I know I’d rather my mate cry on my shoulder than go to his funeral next week. So, please let’s get rid of this stigma and men, start talking"

Please help me raise funds to support as well as spread awareness for this issue.
