My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
Lost my beloved younger Brother Bradley to suicide in August 2025, still asking myself
how and why?


Fitness is so important for mental health.
My challenge to myself & future sponsors
100 pushups everyday for the month of Movember, if I fall short or forget on any given day, I’ll back up with 100 sit-ups for every remaining day, I’ve completed today’s target & donated $100 to start the donations match me if you can.
