My motivation

My Dad, Doug Day, passed away in 2011 after battling prostate cancer. I'm doing a BIG SA ride in memory of Dad, to raise funds to help in the fight for improved men's health. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
