Every day sets a new challenge it seems ….

I take part in the Movember challenge to support Men’s Health.

This year has tested everyone in one form or another to live their lives safely. It is important we take the time to Breath.... Make the effort to be kind & Look out for each other.

The Movember fund raiser highlights important things that men bottle up and ignore. In our Industry being male dominated I have assisted many of them who are struggling with personal issues which they won’t talk about at home. Help me raise money for Men’s Mental Health and ask your mates how they are doing.
