Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. I support Movember following my father's Prostate Cancer experience. He was an advocate for uncomfortable open conversations and not just trusting the medical profession when they say you're too young to be tested or your PSA is low and doesn't need to be checked regularly.

Help me stop men dying too young.
